Our head Chef Larry Davis creates seasonal dishes that reflect the restaurant’s modern philosophy.Within our amazing menus, we use the freshest seasonal ingredients, yet we prepare these in interesting ways using modern techniques and cooking methods.

We like to combine contrasting ingredients that speak for themselves and the present these in well-executed forms. During his reign as Head Chef, the restaurant has been awarded 2 AA Rosettes. He is quietly proud to be one of the head chefs in the US to have achieved this.
